Pro Bono Application Program

Supporting families that may be unable to afford legal representation.

Our Commitment to Access

Legal Help for Those
Who Need It Most

At The Faulkner Firm, we believe access to quality legal counsel should not be determined solely by the size of one's bank account. Our Pro Bono Application Program offers qualifying individuals and families the opportunity to receive legal assistance at reduced or no cost.

This program reflects a core value at our firm: the same communities we serve in court and in our offices are the same communities we serve through our charitable work, our nonprofit board service, and our pro bono commitment. Legal needs do not discriminate — and neither does our desire to help.

"Justice is not a luxury. Every person navigating a difficult legal situation deserves access to thoughtful counsel — regardless of their financial circumstances."

How the Program Works

01
Submit an Application

Complete and submit the Pro Bono Application to the right. We review all applications on a rolling basis, typically within 5–7 business days. All submissions are kept strictly confidential.

02
Eligibility Review

Our team reviews your application for eligibility based on income, assets, the nature of the legal matter, and our current program capacity. We consider the full context of each situation — not just the numbers.

03
Consultation & Placement

If your application is approved, we schedule a confidential consultation to better understand your situation and determine how we can best assist. Some matters may be referred to partner legal aid organizations.

★★★★★
"The Faulkner Firm treated me with the same dignity and attention as any full-paying client. At one of the most difficult times of my life, that humanity made all the difference."
